WHO AM I?
Creative Marketing Professional.
Hi, I'm Bronté (pronounced BRAWN-TAY). Yes, roll call was a nightmare. Bratanda? Brent? Bronfey? I answered to all of them for about eighteen years.
Then somewhere along the way I got attached to it — attached enough to name my company Bronté & Co. Which I promise is only slightly vanity.
I'm a marketer, storyteller, and creative strategist with a passion for building meaningful connections between brands and the people they serve. With experience spanning wealth management, nonprofits, print media, and startups, I bring a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and purpose to every project.
Whether I'm developing a marketing campaign, designing visual content, planning events, or crafting brand narratives, I believe the best marketing doesn't just sell—it inspires, empowers, and creates lasting impact.
Off the clock — okay, and on it — you'll find me overcaffeinated, cracking jokes, and trying to make the room a little lighter. Always up for a new challenge, a new connection, or a new friend.

EXPERIENCE
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
Team Event Coordinator
I played a pivotal role in organizing and managing various aspects of event planning, including logistics, marketing, social media management, decorations, community outreach, and fundraising efforts, resulting in over $2,500 raised for the foundation. My responsibilities encompassed coordinating event logistics, strategizing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, overseeing decorations, engaging in community outreach, and recruiting volunteers for events such as Great Strides, Breathe of Life Gala, Cycle for Life, CF Climb, and Chef’s Challenge. I am still an active volunteer.

Casa De Paz
Volunteer
As a volunteer at Casa de Paz, the sole organization in Colorado providing shelter to released immigrants from detention and their families, I leveraged my fluency in Spanish to assist immigrants and their families in making travel arrangements and providing transportation from the detention facility to the shelter, and onward to the airport or bus station for their final destination. In addition to facilitating logistics, volunteers were actively involved in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the house and rooms between visits, assembling care packages, and preparing dinner for the guests staying at the shelter.

Gubernatorial Volunteer
Canvasser
Conducted door-to-door outreach campaigns to educate young voters in the community about the significance of voting, while also providing insights into the candidates and upcoming initiatives.

Delta Gamma Fraternity
Head of Alumni Relations, House Manager
As the executive director overseeing a network of 400 alumni, I orchestrated chapter alumnae community outreach initiatives and meticulously managed the logistics for our Annual Founder’s Day Brunch, which encompassed venue arrangements, catering coordination, and alumni engagement. In my capacity as house manager, I efficiently delegated weekly chores, facilitated communication between the chef and housemates regarding dietary preferences and meal plans, and conducted regular meetings with the residents and house mother to ensure smooth operations and foster a supportive living environment.

Anchor Center for Blind Children
Volunteer
At the cutting-edge learning facilities dedicated to vision-impaired children, the Delta Gamma Chapter, comprising both collegiates and alumni, spearheaded a successful fundraiser named 'Visions of Love.' Serving as guides, we had the privilege to enlighten guests about the Anchor Center's remarkable mission. This event marked a milestone, raising a record-breaking total of $33,332 for the Anchor Center on its 10th anniversary. Additionally, our chapter organized other impactful fundraisers including 'The Anchor Cup,' 'Shamrock for Sight,' 'Cider for Sight,' and a fundraiser in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.

Sister Carmen Community Center
Volunteer
I actively participated in an after-school reading center, where volunteers engaged with ESL (English as a Second Language) children by reading to them in both English and Spanish. This initiative aimed to provide care for children while their parents were at work, while simultaneously fostering and enhancing their English language proficiency and reading abilities.
